DIGITAL PRINTING
Digital printing is an innovative inkjet-based method that allows for direct printing onto the fabric.

With digital printing, you can achieve rich, vibrant colors, complex designs, and high-resolution prints, making it a cost-effective option for your printing needs.

Because the ink penetrates the fabric, garments produced with digital printing are lighter and more breathable, providing superior comfort and quality.
SCREEN PRINTING

Screen Printing uses screens as stencils for applying layers of ink onto the print surface.

However, each screen can only be used for onecolor at a time, making it less cost-effective for smallorders with mixed colors. Additionally, screen printing requires time and expense
to create the screens.

Although screen printing is not suitable for all orders, it remains a popular printing method. Here are some of the different types ofscreen printing available
FOAMING PROCESS
The foaming printing process is developed on the basis of the adhesive printing process. The foaming printing process can meet the requirements of the visible substrate, and the high, medium, and low foaming effects are very eye-catching. The advantage is that the three-dimensional sense is strong, and the printing surface is prominent and swollen.
INK SCREEN PRINTING
Ink screen printing is suitable for dark colored fabrics. Ink leaves a thin film on the fabric, which can be felt by hand and feels thicker compared to water-based ink screen printing.

DYE SUBLIMATION

Dye sublimation is a printing technique that transfers dye onto a material using heat and often used for full-printed clothing.

This technique results in vibrant, long-lasting colors and has no hand feel. It works best on synthetic fabrics like polyester and not suitable for natural fabrics.
HEAT TRANSFER PRINTING

Heat Transfer Printing is printed onto transfer paper or vinyl and applied to a garment using heat and pressure.

One of the main advantages of heat transfer printing is that it allows for high-quality, full-color printing that is both durable and long-lasting. Additionally, heat transfer printing allows for small or large print runs, making it suitable for both small businesses and large corporations.

As heat transfer print uses plastisol inks, there will be a thin layer that can be felt by hand.
